Sintemar has recently carried out anticorrosive protection work on the propulsion shafts of one of the Spanish Navy’s new vessels, applying the Phillyclad 1775 epoxy resin, a technology specifically designed for demanding marine environments.
The intervention was performed in the workshop using a rotary system that ensures uniform coverage over the entire surface of the shaft. After application, an insulation test was conducted to verify that the protection met the required standards.
